~One Month Halloween Hetalia Contest~

Trick or Treat, it's another contest, baby! 

I couldn't help it!  I need to hold a Halloween Hetalia Contest or I'll regret it forever!   (Okay, maybe not forever, but at least until Thanksgiving.)  Since I have a few great people helping me out this time around, it's gonna happen. 

Theme: It has to be a Halloween theme.  Anything from monsters, candy corn or hayrides can be included and used. 

Deadline: October 31, 2013 (shocker!)

No OC's.

Grammar and spelling is a plus
